We had an amazing time at this beautiful and clean place with unbeatable seaside location and excellent service, spending a day in a lovely double room with a comfy bed, everything was just perfect.

Everything was perfect, magnificent location next to the beach and the sea, public transport and Ammoudara, welcoming staff. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with a balcony overlooking the sunset.

The hotel has a clean pool. the location is magnificent, near Heraklion airport. the staff members provide very good service, they are hospitable and amicable. A perfect stay, as always.

incredible location next to long beach, accommodating staff, everything was perfect. location: the hotel was next to the city center of heraklion, the shore, and very friendly. we went out for dinner, found roxani restaurant, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this place, it had a fantastic location near the main Minoan attraction, and the food options were outstanding.

We loved this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with linens and towels changed regularly. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and beachside sunbeds perfect for relaxation. Also, the hotel's location right on the beach with good views out to sea exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast a la carte every morning, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was located near many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find something to eat or buy souvenirs. The beach was also nearby, and the hotel provided loungers and umbrellas. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman at reception who gave us tips on where to eat.

The hotel was quite noisy, especially during the day with children playing in the pool. the rooms were not cleaned very well, and we noticed some areas that were quite dirty.

The location is perfect, right in front of the beautiful Amoudara beach. We loved having the beach right at our doorstep, making it convenient and enjoyable to relax and soak up the sun. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We appreciated the range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring our comfort and convenience.
